TELEPHONE RESEARCH

The Bullseye interviewers are trained and experienced in a wide variety of survey topics. We are experienced in consumer and business-to-business studies specializing in opinion, and polling. All interviewers are monitored and evaluated to ensure your survey is delivered in a consistent professional manner, ensuring the sample has not been biased or influenced by external factors.. We provide accurate sampling to assure you of productive dialing for your study.

Bullseye Research offers two data collection centers both CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) equipped. We can launch projects within hours of receiving the final questionnaire.

 

INTERNET RESEARCH

Bullseye offers internet fielding services as well as mixed modes of telephone/internet research capabilities. With our experience in thousands of projects of all kinds, our team of skilled programmers have developed a flexible/powerful online surveying and reporting platform, Advisor Interactive™ that has no match in the industry. We can deliver your project and capture a sample of virtually any size in a quick efficient manner. We maintain multiple servers to handle large projects and we can handle the most complicated survey logic and skips. At your request, we can design the look and feel of the survey with your branding.

 

Web audiences
Choose the right audience for Web-based surveys. We use a targeted approach to the specific audiences you need to access. Don't cast your questions blindly on the Web.

 

 

 

Recruit respondents We can use our contact center to recruit respondents to participate in your Web surveys. We can also integrate information about respondents from online registration or existing databases.

MAIL STUDIES

Bullseye also offers data collection by mail. This can be done in four ways:

Single Method:
Surveys are mailed out to the target group. Surveys can be sent back to Bullseye Research for processing, or we can have them sent to you directly.

Mixed Method:
This involves contacting the respondent by phone, conducting a screener, and then mailing him/her an interview. We refer to this process as the phone/mail method. Again, once the survey is mailed, they can either be returned to Bullseye for tabulation or they can be sent directly to you.

Internet Method:
The screening process is similar to the phone/mail method. However, respondents are asked to log on to the Internet and conduct the interview online after being qualified over the phone. This can be done through our groundbreaking technology Advisor Interactive™ or through other web-designated sites.

Disk by Mail:
Bullseye has the capacity to mail out surveys via CD disk and process the data in-house. This method involves a telephone call in which respondents are screened and asked to participate in a disk-by-mail study. Discs are sent to the respondent to view and hear. Then, the survey is completed and data collected in the final telephone interview. This is particularly effective in testing audio, video or still photographs.

 

DATA PROCESSING

Bullseye has independent Data Processing to add additional value to our services. When you choose Bullseye, we collect your data and right away begin working on coding your job. If your data was collected elsewhere, our team of analysts, coders, and support staff can still be used. We will help you with everything - the mailing of surveys, the entry of their data, the coding of complex open ends, the programming of multiple banners for each of your questions, and even taking you through higher-end analysis and final reporting of your data. Bullseye Data Processors provide our clients with a full range of data processing services: coding, data entry, tabulation, charts and graphics. Data can be delivered via the internet, email or hard copy reports.

 

FOCUS GROUPS

At Bullseye we have developed a reliable system of screening qualified participants to secure you a superior focus group.
Once the characteristics of the focus group are established, Bullseye launches our “Bullseye Recruit.” At Bullseye, all recruits are random unless otherwise requested. We DO NOT buy databases of “pre-qualified respondents.” 

  • Calling random or targeted sample to recruit qualified participants.
  • Screening and recruiting the necessary individuals to attend each focus group.
  • Mailing a reminder letter and driving instructions to the facility
  • Reminder call to each participant 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Delivering a profile report for each recruit to the client

If an individual cancels, we immediately begin the process of replacement. We remain on stand-by up to the last minute before a scheduled focus group. Our objective in the focus-group process is to find qualified participants and follow through to assure attendance, which allows you the liberty to concentrate solely on the material to be covered.

 

EXPEDIENT SERVICE

Bullseye recognizes the need for daily updates and fast communication of job progress. We provide live access to internet studies. Bullseye can also deliver your field progress reports and up-to-the-minute totals on your project by phone, fax or email before you ask for it.
